Data collected and purposes

• Account : email address, first name, last name, password (stored encrypted), optional postcode and city. Purpose: manage your account and contributions. Legal basis: performance of the service.
• Contributions : proposals, arguments, amendments, supports, reports. Purpose: run the debate and moderation. Only your first name and the initial of your last name are displayed.
• Acceptance of the charter : date of acceptance, kept as proof of your commitment.
• Newsletter : email address, only with your consent, unsubscribe at every mailing.

No data is sold. No decision is taken by automated processing alone: the moderation filter blocks the sending of a text, and any sanction is decided by a human.

Retention period

Account data is kept until it is deleted. On deletion, your supports are erased and your published contributions are anonymised.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure ("Delete my account" button in your profile), objection, restriction and portability: write to the contact address. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies

This site uses a session cookie needed for login and for protection against form forgery, and a "remember me" cookie if you ask for it. No advertising tracker or third-party audience tool is used. Page styles are loaded from a third-party delivery network (jsDelivr), which receives your IP address.
